  • We utilize CASH APP or VENMO through your smart phone for all payments.  CASH APP or VENMO is safe and secure, with most banks offering this payment feature.  Through CASH APP or VENMO on your smart phone, the payment can be made using your bank account or a credit card, with no fees for the transfer. 

  • An invoice will be sent to your cell phone number or your email address for all payments:  deposits and final payments. 

• Three days before the puppies turn 8 weeks old - the final payment is due (CASH APP or VENMO invoice will be sent) or cash at pickup.

• Excitedly await the date until you can pick up your new FurEver Friend. 

• PKBoo AUSSIES, Paul & Katherine Bingham, owners and operators of quality standard-size purebred (non-papered) Australian Shepherds, hereafter referred to as “Seller,” do enter into an agreement with “Client” to reserve the Client’s reservation of a puppy for adoption from PKBoo AUSSIES (“Sellers”). The Client shall receive a quality purebred, Australian Shepherd puppy. An puppy packet will be provided at the time of pick up/delivery.  

• The Client will complete a Puppy Questionnaire, which will inform the Sellers of the Client’s preferences of gender and color markings consistent with the generally accepted terms for the Australian Shepherd breed.

• The price of a puppy will depend upon the puppy’s markings, gender, the existing market and possibly eye color. Generally accepted descriptions for an Australian Shepherd based upon their coat colors are as follows:

  • Black Tri or Red Tri       

  • Blue Merle or Red Merle

• A reservation for a puppy may be secured with a $100 (non-refundable) deposit.

• A Client that completes a Puppy Questionnaire and places a non-refundable deposit will secure a position for a “choosing order,” if there is a wait list. The Client agrees to provide the Seller with the information on puppy preferences, so that the Seller can provide the Client with the best match. This information is obtained from the Puppy Questionnaire form. The following are examples of the selections that are helpful for the Seller to best serve all clients.

• Client holds Seller harmless for any issues with Puppy Questionnaire and the Choosing Order.

PKBoo Aussies shall provide the following upon the completion of the adoption process:

· A quality purebred Australian Shepherd puppy – a minimum of 8 weeks old
· Your puppy’s de-worming and vaccination schedule
· A Ziploc bag of your puppy’s current food (TSC - Retriever Puppy Food)
· A Toy We Love and Recommend

PKBoo Aussies, Seller, guarantees that said puppy is in good health at the time of deliver. Client, at their option and own cost may have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choosing within 72 hours of receipt of the puppy to determine if the puppy is in good health. All puppies are on a strict de-worming schedule and will receive their shots before leaving Ma4ham Ranch PKBoo Aussies. They will need subsequent shots and a de-worming regimen for years, but especially within the weeks after the Client takes possession.

We, at PKBoo Aussies, love this breed. We are proud to raise and promote these beautiful animals. We have hand selected our Sires and Dams from quality breeders based upon temperament, personality, beauty, and intelligence. Our dogs are sweet, fun-loving and athletic. They are raised amongst our Cattle, Horses, Cats, Children and other Dogs. This breed is known for their intelligence, ease of training, willingness to learn and please, as well as their herding and tracking ability, and being a social dog that will VELCRO to their owners. In an effort to carry this socializing on to their new owners, all of our puppies get lots of individual attention, love and training. However, we cannot guarantee eye color, confirmation, ear set, disposition, or breeding ability.

Client agrees to provide a FOREVER Home. The puppy will be provided with fresh water, and fresh food daily. Client agrees to care for this puppy throughout all stages of the animal’s life in a manner that is necessary for the health and wellbeing of the animal, as would be consistent with a quality pet owner. If at any time, for any reason, the client cannot keep their FURever friend, or properly provide for their FURever friend, the Client agrees to contact the Seller, and offer the FURever friend back to the Seller before it is offered to any other person(s) for any reason. No refunds or replacements will be given for surrendered dogs. We at PKBoo Aussies do not want our dogs to end up in a shelter. Any previous pending veterinarian bills will be the responsibility of the client.

Client and Seller shall agree to follow these guidelines in determining additional costs for pickup or delivery of your new FURever puppy:

• PKBoo Aussies will not ship a FURever pet due to USDA rules and that a member of PKBoo Aussies must meet the client in person to complete the adoption process.

• A FURever puppy may be picked up at a Public Location agreed upon ahead of time between the Seller and Client within 60 miles of PKBoo Aussies, at a date and time agreed upon at no additional cost to the Client.

• A FURever puppy may be picked up at a prearranged location in which both the Client and the Seller, have agreed to travel to complete the adoption process, and the Seller will have to travel more than 60 miles to make the delivery, in which case, Client understands that there will be a reasonable transportation fee added to the price of the FURever friend adoption price.

• PKBoo Aussies will take into consideration adjusting the guideline of reasonable transportation fees if multiple deliveries can be arranged in the same area / region.

Why do Aussies have docked tails & dewclaws removed in the first place?

To avoid damage – This is the most important reason. Australian Shepherds were raised in the rough Western areas of the United States, which have tough weeds, tall grasses, and plenty of other hazards. Working in this condition will easily lead to torn and bleeding tails & dewclaws, which, of course are very painful and hard to treat. If the tail is docked & dewclaws removed, it eliminates the risk of injury.
